Consume skim milk and eat many fresh fruits and vegetables per day. Eat also around 75 gram fish, chicken meat or beef meat without its fat.

Unofficial research to some fat men by Dr. Mulcahy shows that until a certain limit, one fat man will get back his penis length around 2,5cm after reducing his weight around 17 kg. Other advantages of maintaining ideal weight are reducing high blood pressure and diabetes, because both of them can cause erectile dysfunction.
