The weakening of pelvic muscles in men is sometimes occur after prostate surgery. To improve the ability to control the bladder, you need to train two groups of muscles, the muscles contraction such as when you hold back bowel movements or hold stomatch gas that will keep out of the rectum, and muscle at the base of the penis that is used to remove the last drops of urine.
- Contract your muscles used to hold the bowel movement.
- As these muscles tighten, tighten all the muscles at the base of your penis. You will feel your penis is a bit drawn toward your body.
- Hold both these muscles for a count to ten.
- Relax your muscles and rest for one hour.
- Repeat this exercise six times.
- Do these exercises everyday before bed, preferably in a sitting position. Do not engage in excessive exercise due to muscle fatigue and leakage will grow great.
- Contract your muscles when you will stand from a seated position or while lifting something in order to avoid leakage.
- Once you are successfully controlling the urine, continue doing this exercise so this muscle is always in good condition.
